Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Retail Territory Manager for the Washington DC area. You will operate as a remote field-based role managing Home Depot/Lowes accounts, visiting stores, and driving POS performance with data-driven plans.

You will analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to map strategies, coordinate with store/district managers, and execute national and local activations. Travel regionally is required, including potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to inform growth plans.
• Strong knowledge of IT business systems and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must pass Drug test & MVR.

Responsibilities

• Drive top line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align retail strategies.
• Analyze store and promotional performance to develop territory plans.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for inventory during promotions.
• Execute national event activations and local territory initiatives.
• Manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tool) to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users (Pro) at retailers.
