Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution across designated territories. You will build relationships with store personnel, lead a team of merchandisers, and ensure the successful rollout of HQ programs and merchandising priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, store-level collaboration, and ensuring superior shelf impact while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts using retail selling methods.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and Order Writers for performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to local store demographics.
