Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store execution and sales growth across a defined territory. You will lead a team of merchandisers, build strong store partnerships, and implement HQ programs to maximize shelf impact and sales.

The role requires data-driven planning, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to store visits. A fully remote standard is supported with local travel within the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Requirements include: 18+ with valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, weekend/holiday work flexibility, 3–5 years selling experience, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasional 50+ lbs).
• Drug test, MVR check and background check required.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Aufgaben

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead with impact: manage and coach Merchandisers, both full-time and part-time.
• Drive execution excellence: ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & sell: provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for growth: tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build relationships: cultivate partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resources: deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion store success: oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables management.
• Own the cadence: design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
• Stay safe & compliant: operate within Mondelēz safety guidelines.
