Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ and hold a valid driver's license.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical activities listed in job requirements.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time).
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to secure opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to drive territory growth.
• Cultivate strong store partnerships to deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables management.
