Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution and drive in-store success across Omaha and surrounding areas.

You will build strong store partnerships, coach merchandisers, and ensure priority programs are rolled out flawlessly while achieving sales targets. A 3-5 year selling background and a high school diploma are required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and HQ programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan growth with data-driven strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build relationships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and results.
