Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery and drive sales across key Nebraska accounts. You will build relationships with store teams, optimize displays, and execute HQ programs to maximize performance.

You will coach merchandisers, tailor data-driven strategies to demographics, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering top-tier service across your territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT) in hiring, coaching, and development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines.
