Squishable is seeking a temporary, fully remote-to-US role to provide administrative and operational support for the retail team. You will coordinate with regional managers, store managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail operations or administrative support, strong organization, and proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Squishable's retail team.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers, Store Managers, and internal departments for daily operations.
• Manage store requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution with vendors and departments.
• Assist with store openings, relocations, and closures through remote coordination.
• Maintain operational documents, reports, and the Store Operations Manual.
