Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations, store management support, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with staff at all levels.
• Proficiency in office software suites and inventory management systems; scheduling software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
• Manage and track inventory levels, process stock transfers, and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Assist with implementation of new store policies and procedures.
• Facilitate communication between store staff, management, and corporate departments.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Process store-related documentation like invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in stores.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely support to store managers.
• Organize and maintain digital records and operational documentation.
