Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to join our Retail Program Management Team, supporting the project management of new store and remodel construction across North America. The SPM will lead a team of Retail Project Managers and interact with senior clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7–12 years of relevant experience with deep retail construction management, strong MS Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 7–12 years of relevant work experience in retail/construction management.
• Deep retail construction management experience is essential.
• Advanced MS Office skillset required and ability to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Preferred Experience in Restaurant Project Management / Construction Management.
• Engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and drive work product.
• Provide pro-active project management solutions to deliver high-quality retail stores on time and on budget.
