Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager for its Retail Program Management Team to oversee renovations and new store construction across North America. The role involves leading a team of Retail Project Managers and interfacing with senior clients to deliver on-time, within-budget projects.

The ideal candidate has deep retail construction management experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to drive value and process improvements for clients. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have deep retail construction management experience.
• Advanced MS Office skillset required.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel (~50%).
• Strong analytical skills to identify and manage priorities.
• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with architects, contractors, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with team lead and client for program best practices and delivery.
• Deliver renovations and monitor delivery of new stores by team members.
• Engage the client early in the design process.
• Manage Owner Supplied Material orders and tracking.
• Control the project schedule and align all stakeholders.
• Maintain an Anticipated Costs Report with up-to-date financial tracking.
• Lead weekly program calls for all active projects.
• Engage in project calls and meetings with project teams.
• Track value add, innovation, and changes.
• Support the client with organizational and process design.
