Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel up to 30%.
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as required.
Salary level determined by experience: Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8) or Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers (pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists, managers).
Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with resources.
Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (market access, medical affairs, marketing).
Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all interactions.
