Job summary

GSK US is seeking a Specialty Account Specialist to support its respiratory specialty access initiatives across Ft. Myers, Naples and Bradenton, FL. This field-based role requires regular travel within the territory and driving as needed.

You will build strong relationships with pulmonologists and specialist teams while delivering education, navigating reimbursement, and collaborating with market access, medical affairs and marketing to advance patient access.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related areas.
Ability to travel domestically, including overnight trips up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers, including pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists and practice managers.
Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.
Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.
Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.
Work closely with cross-functional partners, including market access, medical affairs, and marketing.
Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.
