Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Sales Specialist to grow the Respiratory Care business across a designated territory and build strong relationships with hospital and non-acute care clinicians.

The role demands clinical product knowledge, proven sales performance, and the ability to communicate benefits of ICU Medical's products to drive new opportunities and service existing accounts. Travel typically exceeds 50% and the position can be remote within allowed states.

Qualifications

• Prior Respiratory and/or medical device sales experience is required.
• Strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute a business plan to grow market share.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse decision makers.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory revenue objectives for ICU Medical Respiratory Care product line.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and non-acute settings.
• Position ICU Medical products against competitors based on clinical benefits and guidelines.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products in the portfolio.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and coordinate with clinical and supply chain contacts.
