CVS Group is seeking a Resourcing Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across our Support Office, eCommerce, Marketing, Clinical and Logistics teams. This remote role partners with stakeholders to attract top talent and drive optimal hiring outcomes in a commercial veterinary environment.

You will build talent pipelines, provide market insights, and champion candidate experience while shaping recruitment strategies and localised hiring initiatives across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing and direct attraction strategies.
• Strong track record building talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Consultative, relationship-led approach to stakeholder management and solutioning.
• Ability to influence hiring managers using MI and market data.
• Excellent problem solving with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Champion of candidate experience and engagement.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for roles across Support Office, eCommerce, Marketing, Clinical and Logistic teams.
• Proactively source talent for stakeholders to support best-in-class hiring.
• Act as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive the best hiring outcomes.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support workforce planning.
