Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of recruiting experience.
Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments.
Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes.
Exceptional communication with executives and hiring managers.
Proficiency with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.
Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration.
Comfortable with evolving priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve recruiting strategy across all teams.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and design hiring plans.
Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines.
Implement data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Track and report recruiting metrics.
Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems.
Champion the candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding.
