Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with executives and hiring managers.
• Proficient with ATS systems and technical sourcing tools.
• Analytical with bias toward action and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our recruiting strategy across all teams.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand needs and design hiring plans.
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Track and report recruiting metrics with clear visibility into pipeline health.
• Optimize and manage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
• Champion the candidate experience from first touch to offer close.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to elevate our presence in the technical talent market.
