Job summary

IVC Evidensia is recruiting a Talent Partner – First Opinion for a 12-month FTC. This fully remote role covers the South West region of the UK with occasional travel to veterinary congresses across the UK and Europe.

You will lead headhunting and market mapping to identify and engage specialist clinicians and partner with senior leaders to meet current and future workforce needs. Develop sustainable talent pipelines, advise on market conditions and compensation, and manage end-to-end recruitment

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting in specialist markets.
• Strong track record in headhunting and/or executive search.
• Ability to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment across first opinion vacancies for the portfolio.
• Lead headhunting across disciplines using market mapping and networks.
• Build long-term relationships and develop sustainable talent pipelines.
• Advise senior leaders on market conditions, compensation, and hiring expectations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including relocation and visa sponsorship where needed.
• Represent the company at veterinary congresses and professional events.
