Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an immediately available Resourcing Officer for a six-month fixed-term contract. This remote-based role, with monthly travel to Luton, sits in our Talent Acquisition team and focuses on high-volume recruitment and ATS maintenance to ensure SLA compliance.

Key tasks include sifting large applicant volumes, maintaining the ATS (Eploy), and providing timely progress updates to candidates while collaborating with the wider TA team to keep recruitment activity efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume recruitment role.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Comfortable working with an ATS or HR system and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and sifting high volumes of applications across a range of roles, identifying quality candidates and progressing them in line with SLAs and hiring criteria.
• Maintaining and cleansing the ATS (Eploy) ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor SLA compliance and flag risks to the team while supporting progression of candidates.
• Support the wider TA team with administrative tasks to keep recruitment activity moving.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
• Identify patterns or issues in application quality and report them to the team.
