Job summary

AP4 Technical Services is hiring a Resource Manager to recruit, staff, and manage field teams for industrial projects across multiple sites. You will own the staffing workflow, coordinate mobilization, and ensure compliance with certifications and training requirements.

The role is remote with a preference for candidates in or near the Atlanta area, and requires deep experience with craft trades, field supervision, and cost-aware workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Direct experience coordinating or supervising field employees on active projects.
• Knowledge of craft classifications, apprenticeship structures, certifications such as NCCER, AWS, and NCCCO.
• Experience recruiting field trades in a competitive labor market.
• Establish relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and veteran hiring channels.
• Understanding of how internal systems affect job cost and margin.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and assign employees to projects and coordinate mobilization.
• Own the workforce pipeline and onboarding processes with HR.
• Track certifications, training, and site access requirements.
• Manage timecards and ensure accurate pay and rates.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, supply chain, EHS and project teams to staff jobs.
• Maintain an up-to-date employee roster and assignment history.
