Job summary

Intuitive Machines Llc is seeking a Resource Manager for the Structures organization in Houston, TX. You will track assignments, durations, and staffing needs, coordinating with Project Managers and Business Development to ensure proper loading for upcoming projects.

The role requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. An engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with scheduling or estimating engineering projects preferred.
• Experience in an engineering environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a collaborative team.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use varied programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing team to assess current assignments and durations.
• Work with team to estimate resource needs for projects.
• Use Resource Management software to show project loading.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on upcoming changes as projects progress.
• Coordinate with Business Development to determine loading for upcoming projects.
• Present to management the state of projects from a resource perspective.
