Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead resort renovation initiatives across its brands. You will oversee budgets, define scopes, develop schedules, and ensure brand compliance, with ownership of the project process and risk management.

This role is remote-based from Hawaii and requires travel up to 35% to project sites. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree with 5–7+ years in hospitality construction, experience with

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree.
• 5-7+ years of related construction experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Experience building and renovating in the Hotel, Timeshare or Multi-Family Resort Fields is preferred.
• Knowledge in all aspects of construction and renovation, including architectural/electrical/mechanical/plumbing/structural design.
• PMP and/or LEED certification/experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define scopes of work, manage budgets and timelines for successful delivery with permits and approvals.
• Review design packages for compliance and constructability to ensure quality and brand standards.
• Manage bid development and approvals with consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Review and approve PM agreements, contracts, pay apps and change orders; track logs.
• Track project status and keep stakeholders informed of milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee close-out and turnover to resort operations and warranty period contact.
