Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Project Manager for Resort Renovation to oversee budgets, scopes of work, and brand compliance across our resort brands.

The PM will develop schedules, manage construction activities, and mitigate project risk, with a focus on Hawaii-based projects while this role remains remote. You will coordinate bids, review design packages for constructability, and maintain documentation and logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree required.
• 5–7+ years of related construction experience in Hospitality.
• Experience with Primavera/Expedition; PMP/LEED a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budget, timeline, and secure building permits.
• Review design package for compliance and constructability; ensure quality and brand standards.
• Manage bid development and contract approvals; respond to RFIs.
• Approve PMA, contracts, pay apps, change orders; maintain logs.
• Track project status; communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Oversee close-out and turnover to resort operations and warranty period.
