Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Project Manager, Resort Renovation to oversee budgets, scope, and schedules for hospitality projects across brands.

This remote-based role out of Hawaii requires strong oversight of construction activities, risk management, and compliance with brand standards. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in hospitality construction, proficiency with Primavera/Expedition, and PMP/LEED credentials.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degree.
• 5–7+ years of construction experience in Hospitality.
• Experience with renovations in Hotel/Timeshare/Resort fields; Primavera or similar scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scopes and align budgets and timelines with approvals.
• Manage design package reviews for compliance and constructability.
• Oversee bid development and contracts process with vendors.
• Track milestones and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead close-out and turnover to resort operations through warranty.
