Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support development teams on new resort projects and renovations across the United States. You will coordinate with design, procurement, legal, IT, operations, and vendors to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and owner/guest experience.

Your role emphasizes project planning, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, with travel up to 20% to assigned project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Construction Management Degree or related field experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing planning, design, construction and turnover of development projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Prepare budgets, schedules and project management agreements.
• Support site walks, punch lists and turnover activities.
