Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Nevada, USA, work from home) to support a development team responsible for new resort projects and renovations. You will coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, IT, Operations and Sales to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and budget management in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Travel up to 20% across the United States is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree or related field preferred.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
• 2–5 years of field/administrative/management experience in construction preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and team with planning, design, construction and turnover of development projects.
• Review and upload budget data, distribute to project team.
• Prepare RFIs, Submittals, and Pay Applications for approvals.
• Prepare Project Management Agreements and Amendments for board approvals.
• Coordinate site walks and turnover activities.
