Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead and evolve resident internet and smart technology initiatives across the portfolio. This remote role focuses on delivering consistent program execution, improving resident experience, and driving measurable business results.

You will partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors, manage KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
2+ years experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related fields.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Resident Internet/Smart Tech Program strategy across the portfolio.
Develop initiatives to improve efficiency, adoption, and resident satisfaction.
Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Identify risks, remove obstacles, and resolve issues to minimize operational impact.
Partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver program initiatives.
Oversee multiple concurrent installations, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
