Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in multifamily property management, program management, operations, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% including local and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to execute initiatives.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics; report to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure program standards, timelines, and budgets are met across markets.
• Provide training and resources to onsite teams for program adoption.
