Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated, organized Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role in the United States. You will help customers research and compare vacation options, provide high-level service during the planning and reservation process, and coordinate bookings while maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.
