Job summary

Southernbridgegroup is seeking Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role in the United States. You will assist customers in researching and comparing vacation options, provide professional service throughout the planning and reservation process, and coordinate reservations while maintaining accurate records.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, or online, follow up before and after reservations, and stay updated on destinations and promotions.

Qualifications

• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.

• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
