Job summary

Southernbridgegroup is seeking Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote, US-based position. You will research options, coordinate reservations, and deliver high-level customer service throughout the planning process.

Ideal candidates stay organized, communicate clearly via phone, email, and online platforms, and are motivated to work independently in a remote setting. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently remotely.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or admin helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
