Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role. You will research travel options, assist customers through planning and reservations, and coordinate bookings while maintaining accurate records.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with ongoing training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Research and compare destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
