Job summary

DVSport Inc. is seeking a Replay Technical Support Specialist to support, integrate, and maintain our replay solutions. You will perform on-site and remote support, testing, and collaborate with teams at conferences and events.

Travel to visit customers, games, and post-season events is required; evenings and weekends are included with time off during the week. Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; strong hardware/software knowledge is a must.

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience
• Travel to visit customers, games, and events is required
• Evening and weekend availability with time off during the week
• Collaborative, with ability to lead and build relationships
• Strong planning, organization, and safety conscience are essential

Responsibilities

• Support, integrate and maintain replay solutions product line
• Provide on-site and remote phone support for replay products
• Perform replay product testing and identify software/hardware development needs
• Participate in meetings, clinics and industry events
• Report to Regional Account Manager and National Director of Account Management
