Jobgether is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional to own renewals and commercial negotiations for self-service and mid-market customers. The role blends orchestration of pricing, billing, upgrades, and downgrades with strategic retention in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will work with AI-powered agents for routine tasks while personally handling negotiations and complex cases, reviewing outputs, and maintaining accurate CRM records across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, renewals, account management or sales with proven renewals and commercial negotiations at scale.
• Strong commercial judgment: prepare quotations, explain pricing changes, and negotiate within discount frameworks.
• Experience building automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar; demonstrable results.

• Manage the renewal lifecycle for self-service and mid-market customers, from quotations to signed agreements across products.
• Lead pricing, billing, renewals, upgrades and downgrades within established frameworks.
• Guide customers through transition to usage-based pricing and present subscription options.
