Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Renewals Sales Process Specialist to support the renewals sales organization. This non-technical role requires a deep understanding of internal processes, systems, and tools, including Salesforce, Incorta, Tableau, and C360 to generate quotes and supply analytic insights.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team and global groups, manage multiple projects with accuracy and urgency, and help resolve complex issues while working remotely with a worldwide team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce, Excel, Oracle and other Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple projects with timely, accurate deliverables.
• Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support renewals sales by generating service quotes in Salesforce and reports in Incorta, C360 and Tableau.
• Analyze customer asset data, purchases and service history to guide Renewals Services Sales Team.
• Assist with training and guidance for renewal sales as needed and requested.
