Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to join our Renewals Team in a fully remote role. You will manage renewals within your Book of Business, drive high renewal rates, and collaborate with Account Executives to explore upsell opportunities while ensuring customers realize value from their Zoom investment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SaaS renewals or customer success, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to forecasting and renewal strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in SaaS or Cloud renewals, sales, or CS.
• Strong SaaS valuation and renewal lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication, value-based negotiation and objections handling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and track renewals to maximize GRR and NRR.
• Develop renewal strategies based on account segmentation.
• Manage renewal terms, pricing, and extensions; identify upsell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts and terms.
• Capture customer feedback to improve retention and product adoption.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and update Salesforce with activity.
