David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Renewable Energy Client Team Leader to guide key client relationships and drive opportunities in wind, solar, and energy storage. You will lead projects, manage teams, and shape strategic growth across markets.

The role offers a hybrid work option with in-person onboarding at an office. A strong track record in energy consulting, leadership, and relationship building is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of renewable energy and/or power delivery consulting experience.
• Proven success managing renewable energy clients and projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage key renewable energy client relationships and overall client experience.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new renewable energy opportunities across wind, solar, and BESS markets and potentially data centers.
• Forecast client sales, staffing needs, and revenue; ensure profitability and favorable contract terms.
• Support go/no-go decisions, pursuit strategies, and teaming partner selection.
• Represent DEA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Lead proposal development, fee strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge, Client Team Leader, or Project Manager, and mentor teams.
