Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Renewable Energy Client Team Leader to drive key client relationships, pursue wind/solar/BESS opportunities, and guide project delivery. The role combines business development with program leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

The position includes flexible remote work with required in-person onboarding, and a strong emphasis on leadership, profitability, and client satisfaction within the renewables sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
10–15 years of renewable energy and/or power delivery consulting experience.
Proven success managing renewable energy clients and projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Own and manage key renewable energy client relationships and experience.
Identify and pursue wind, solar, and BESS opportunities and data center prospects.
Forecast sales, staffing, and revenue; ensure profitability and favorable contracts.
Lead proposals, negotiations, and teaming partner selection.
Represent DEA at industry events and client meetings.
