Jobgether is seeking an experienced AI enablement leader to set the strategic direction for AI adoption across the organization. You will partner with learning teams to translate data and performance insights into practical, scalable AI solutions and capability building.

You will act as an embedded consultant, guiding governance, developing use cases, transferring knowledge, and ensuring responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development, change management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools including large language models and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to drive technology adoption across an organization.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Strong facilitation and adult-learning skills for training programs.
• Collaborative approach to setting priorities and building new capabilities.
• Ability to discuss AI ethics, risks, and limitations credibly.
• Commitment to using AI to augment human creativity and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with learning teams to maximize value of data and performance infrastructure.
• Apply AI to connect student engagement, program outcomes, and operations.
• Define vision and governance for AI adoption across the organization.
• Serve as embedded consultant to identify opportunities and build AI use cases.
• Develop internal capacity and peer-learning networks for AI across departments.
• Establish responsible AI guidelines addressing privacy, bias, accuracy, and transparency.
• Coordinate implementation with internal teams and enablement strategy.
