Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement to design and run enterprise-wide AI adoption programs, build an internal AI community, and develop role-based training to translate AI tools into value.

You will partner with Enterprise Technology, People Analytics, and Talent Solutions to establish adoption metrics, launch-readiness, and a coordinated enablement plan while maintaining focus on responsible and practical AI use.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in change management, organizational effectiveness, or similar fields.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-wide programs that shift behaviors.
• Strong program management discipline with multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute company-wide AI adoption programs (office hours, lunch & learns, champions).
• Build and maintain an internal AI community for sharing successes and learnings.
• Partner with People Analytics to establish adoption metrics and reporting.
• Define launch-readiness and create parallel adoption and communications plans.
• Own AI Champions Program, recruit cross-functional champions, and enable ongoing.
• Lead AI-enabled improvements and drive adoption, fluency, and business impact.
