Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Remedy/BMC Helix ITSM Developer for a remote, 12-month project in the United States. Responsibilities include developing and configuring Remedy/Helix ITSM with emphasis on billing workflows, ERP integrations, and dashboarding.

You will work on ERP integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft/INFORMS, analyze failed billing tasks, and implement changes to stabilize financial close-out workflows, delivering actionable reports and insights.

Qualifications

Experience with Remedy/Helix ITSM development and configuration, esp. billing workflows and integrations.
Experience in .Net development.
Experience with chartfields, financial data structures, and invoicing workflow issues.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Remedy/Helix ITSM/Remedy apps focusing on billing workflows, automation rules, and invoicing processes.
Architect and manage integrations between Remedy/Helix ITSM and ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/INFORMS).
Investigate and resolve billing task failures, reprocess stalled workflows end-to-end.
Lead fiscal year-end activities, update billing rates, stabilize financial workflows, and ensure accurate close-out.
Create dashboards and analytical reports within Remedy/Helix ITSM to monitor billing performance.
