Qualifications

• Experience with Remedy/Helix configuration and workflow design.
• Ability to troubleshoot billing processes and root causes.
• Experience integrating Remedy/Helix with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, INFORMS).
• Comfort handling financial data, chartfields and rates.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Remedy/Helix development & configuration: modify workflows, automation rules, forms, and business logic.
• Billing troubleshooting: investigate root causes of failed billing or invoicing tasks.
• Financial data troubleshooting: work with chartfields, accounting structures, billing rates and data.
• ERP integration: troubleshoot or maintain integrations between Remedy/Helix and systems such as PeopleSoft or INFORMS.
• Workflow reprocessing: reprocess failed billing transactions end-to-end.
• Fiscal year-end support: update billing rates, prepare workflows for year-end close, and stabilize system during financial close.
• Documentation: document configurations, changes, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge transfer.
