Job summary

IT Labs is seeking a Senior BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM Developer to join a client project focused on enterprise billing and financial workflows. You will develop, configure, and optimize workflows and integrations with ERP systems, ensuring accurate data flows.

You’ll troubleshoot complex billing processes, support fiscal year-end activities, and build dashboards within Remedy/Helix ITSM while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM development and configuration.
• Experience configuring billing, invoicing, or financial workflows.
• Strong experience troubleshooting complex workflow failures and system integrations.
• Experience with ERP systems integrations.
• Experience with financial data structures and chartfields.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain workflows within BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM.
• Support billing and invoicing workflows and automation.
• Troubleshoot billing tasks and workflow failures; identify root causes and reprocess.
• Analyze issues with financial data structures and chartfields.
• Maintain integrations between Remedy/Helix and ERP systems.
• Update billing logic and automation rules as requirements change.
• Support billing-rate changes and fiscal year-end activities.
• Develop and modify dashboards within Remedy / Helix ITSM.
• Investigate production issues and stabilize workflows under deadlines.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and solutions.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer with technical and business stakeholders.
