Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and manage vendor performance per company guidelines.
• Manage regional inventory, including transport status, inspections, reconditioning estimates, sale preparation, and approving sale bids.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures, inventory prep, and sale effectiveness.
• Organize vendor status meetings with auction management and staff, review scorecards, and coordinate follow-up on deficiencies.
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior management involvement when needed.
• Identify and execute market arbitrage opportunities.
• Audit auction expenses and announcements.
• Maintain and report travel-related expenses per company policy.
