Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Asset Manager in Minneapolis, MN (Remote option). You will oversee repossessed vehicle inventory and auction vendor relationships, serving as the main contact for assessment, reconditioning, and sale decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle valuation, reconditioning assessment, and wholesale remarketing channels.
• Understanding of macro regional automotive trends and pricing.
• Ability to work independently with deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor vendor performance and provide corrective actions.
• Manage regional inventory including transport status and reconditioning estimates.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures and sale effectiveness.
• Organize vendor status meetings and review scorecards.
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior management input.
• Identify and execute market arbitrage opportunities.
