Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC seeks a Regional Asset Manager to oversee repossessed vehicle inventory and auction vendor relations. You will assess and recondition vehicles, prepare for sale, and drive net recovery while managing costs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or college equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of automotive/remarketing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance and provide actions/recommendations.
• Manage regional inventory including transport, inspections, grading, reconditioning estimates, and sale preparation.
• Conduct on-site reviews of auction procedures and inventory prep.
• Organize vendor status meetings and review performance scorecards.
• Negotiate arbitration claims with senior management assist.
• Identify market arbitrage opportunities.
• Audit auction expenses and announcements.
• Report travel-related expenses per policy.
