Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a senior agile leader to manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train, promoting systems thinking and leading change. You will support volunteers, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement while reporting ART progress.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in RTE/SM/SAFe coaching, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree; SAFe SPC is required.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
SAFe SPC certification required or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in RTE, SM, SAFe Coach or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize flow through the Agile Release Train by promoting systems thinking, planning commitments, and leading change.
Facilitate work for the ART by escalating impediments, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
Provide support and leadership guidance to volunteers.
Mentor SMs and team coaches; onboard new SMs as needed.
Report on ART metrics and Program Increment progress.
Partner with Transformation Coach Agile CoE to develop and reinforce agile team execution standards.
