Job summary

Innorev Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train execution in a SAFe environment.

This role drives PI planning, ART synchronization, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business teams. The candidate will track PI objectives, delivery metrics, and ART performance while escalating issues and providing executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business teams.
• Track PI objectives, delivery metrics, and ART performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and SAFe agile best practices.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and escalation.
