Job summary

Veriipro in the United States is seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure steady delivery of business value across programs. You will drive PI planning events, monitor ART execution, and remove impediments to keep teams aligned with objectives.

In this role you will coach Scrum Masters, Product Management, and development teams, facilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops, and collaborate with System Architects and stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar in Agile environments.
• SAFe RTE certification is preferred.
• Ability to lead large-scale planning sessions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and SAFe frameworks (ART, PI planning, program metrics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
