Job summary

Datavant is a data platform for healthcare enabling secure data collaboration. We seek a CPC Processor I Customer Support to ensure timely release of information handling with care and professionalism. The role supports a remote-first environment and requires HIPAA compliance and strong communication.

You will handle inquiries, document interactions in our systems, and maintain confidentiality while meeting productivity expectations in a 8:00am–4:30pm PST schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Accredited Institute recognized by the State Dept. of Education).
• Friendly, professional communication with good customer service skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is required.
• Computer proficiency in MS-Office; one year experience beneficial.
• Experience in Data Entry, Medical Records, Health Care, Insurance Claims Processing, or proofreading documents.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Pass annual HIPAA exam and 90-day ROI Certification with 85% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Answer and conduct business on the telephone with excellent customer service.
• Review, research, resolve and respond to inquiries via phone, email or written correspondence.
• Document all calls and resolutions in appropriate software systems.
• Follow department and site procedures; meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; communicate with management about issues.
• Work schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm PST.
• Attend mandatory trainings and maintain attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
