Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI specialist to process medical record requests and ensure privacy and accuracy. The role emphasizes timely data handling, quality service, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies across multiple platforms.

You will manage incoming requests, safeguard patient information, and document processes while supporting basic office duties and cross-team collaboration in a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
• HIPAA and privacy regulations knowledge a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests in line with policies.
• Maintain patient privacy and data security at all times.
• Document activities across multiple platforms and tools.
• Respond to inquiries via calls and messages in a timely manner.
• Support administrative tasks such as fax handling and data entry.
